Checkout & Place Order
When you are done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All the items in your shopping bag will appear in your order during checkout. If you do not want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. If no changes are necessary, proceed to "Submit Order".

We take payment from your card at the time we despatch your order, once we have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. In the event we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.
You will earn points right away once your purchase is processed. Redemption points are awarded ONLY for member-purchases and all purchases made through the Site. Reward points are calculated base on the selling prices of the products excluding shipping charges or any other charges.
Price showed are inclusive of 7% GST.
Shipping & Handling
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorizations and verifications have been obtained. All orders will be delivered via R&LC's logistic team and should arrive within 5-7 working days (Monday to Saturday, not including Public Holidays) for Singapore.
In the event of any unsuccessful delivery of your order due to your absence in receiving the order at the designated address agreed by you, or your failure to provide accurate or complete address or other details required for delivery, you agree that you shall bear the cost of any further deliveries to you and that R&LC shall give no refund to you for the order or for the delivery charges thereto under the aforementioned circumstances.
